Shipping Policy

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer at the time of placing the order. If customer needs to make any changes, please email us at kalyanamsarees.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9649234750 within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Orders are delivered within 6 to 8 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • A shipping fee of INR 100 applies to all orders within India if the total order value is below INR 1500.

If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Wrong pin code
    • Unreachable contact number

👉 The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer

INDIAN ORDERS:

1. Delivery Time:

  • Processing time is as mentioned on individual product pages
  • Delivery takes 4–7 working days across India

2. Delivery Charges:

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING above INR 1500 (Zone IN-Reach only)
  • Orders are shipped from our Head Office
  • We ship via:
    • Delhivery
    • Bluedart
    • Expressbees
    • Other courier partners
  • We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to unavoidable situations.

International Orders:

As per new tariff regulations:
Certain countries may impose additional custom duties, import taxes, or government charges, which must be borne by the customer.

1. Delivery Time:

  • Processing time as per product
  • Delivery takes 9–18 days
  • Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control

2. Delivery Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Duties & taxes are not included in product/shipping charges
  • These must be paid directly to the shipping agency at delivery
  • If duties/taxes are not paid:
    • ❌ No return or refund request will be accepted
  • If product is bought in INR (store pricing):
    • Shipping will be charged as per DHL service rates (may be higher)
  • We ship worldwide via:
    • FedEx
    • DHL
    • UPS
    • Gulf & other courier partners

OUT OF REACH (ODZ):

  • We deliver to most PIN codes across India
  • If your area is Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ):
    • Inform us within 3 working days of placing order
  • In such cases:
    • Our team may ask for an alternate address

DELAYS IN SHIPPING:

  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Courier partner issues
    • Customs clearance
    • Other unavoidable reasons

CANCELLATION DUE TO NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY:

  • Delivery will be attempted 2 times
  • If delivery fails:
    • Parcel will be returned to our Head Office Warehouse (Kota, Rajasthan)
  • After receiving the return:
    • We will contact you via phone/email
  • If no response:
    • Order will be treated as terminated
    • Refund will be processed within 30 days
    • Shipping charges will be deducted
