Exchange / Refund / Return Policy

(Online orders cannot be exchanged and returned in stores.)

1. Exchange : (Only valid for domestic orders)

  • If the product you ordered need to be exchanged in size, please mail us at kalyanamsarees.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on our official no. 949234750. Our fit assist team will reach back to you within 2 working days & provide solution for the same.
  • If the product received is damaged, then please share a photograph of the damaged product (or an unboxing video clip) at kalyanamsarees.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9649234750 maximum within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • We don’t exchange or return product based on liking or disliking of style or fit.
  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size, please share with team what size you want to exchange it with.
  • Also, if the products are customized as per your preferences, they are not entitled for returns or exchange.
  • Product exchange or return is not accepted for:
    • Custom blouse stitching
    • Custom option of pre-drape
    • Petticoat
  • Product bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.
  • The exchange process takes 9–18 days.
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is:
    • Unused
    • With original packing
    • Price tag
    • Invoice
  • In such cases, the goods/garments will be couriered by customer to:

2. RETURN : (Valid only for domestic orders)

  • No refund & return will be provided for:
    • Custom blouse stitching
    • Custom pre-drape
    • Petticoats
  • (NOTE: Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.)
  • Returns will be issued in case:
    • You receive a damaged or defective product
    • You receive a wrong style/product
  • If your order is eligible for return, kindly inform us within 2 days of receiving the order:

  • Our customer care team will respond within 2 days for resolution.
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is:
    • Unused
    • With original packaging
    • Price tag

  • International orders are non-exchangeable & non-returnable. Every sale is final.
  • No refund is provided in any case once the order is processed, shipped or return is accepted.

3. Sale Period

  • We do not accept exchange or return on discounted products.
  • During sale, due to high volume:
    • Orders cannot be cancelled due to shipping delays
    • We reserve the right to cancel order if product is unavailable
  • For international orders:
    • Duties & taxes will be applied as per destination
    • These will be borne by the customer

4. Coupon Code

  • Validity of coupon code is 30 days
  • If your coupon expires before usage, it cannot be reissued
  • If product is unavailable or defective during processing:
    • You will receive a coupon of same amount
    • Redeem within 30 days

At Kalyanam, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care.

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind or personal preference
  • Exchange/refund is allowed only in valid cases mentioned below

We accept exchange or refund requests only if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • Issue reported within 2 days
  • 360° unboxing video (unedited) is provided
  • Product is unused with original tags & packaging

No exchange / refund will be accepted for:

  • Requests after 2 days
  • Missing/edited unboxing video
  • Used or washed items
  • Missing tags/packaging
  • Minor colour variation
  • Change of mind
  • Customized or altered items
  • Discounted products

Shipping Damage Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for damage during shipping
  • Please check parcel at time of delivery
  • If damaged/tampered:
    • Refuse delivery
    • Contact us with proof

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour only
  • After that, cancellation is not allowed
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order (stock/fraud issues)

Shipping & COD Charges

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable
  • Only product amount may be refunded (if eligible)

Beads & Sequin Disclaimer

  • Slight fall-off of beads/sequins is normal
  • This is not a defect
  • Minor adjustments can be done by your tailor
